William R. Baker, Jr.

William Baker is a partner with the firm, focusing his practice with employers and insurance carriers in worker's compensation matters. In addition, Mr. Baker's practice includes civil defense litigation and trial practice. Mr. Baker joined the firm in 2007 after spending almost 10 years handling worker's compensation claims for injured workers as well as representing injured plaintiff's in civil litigation.

Mr. Baker earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Delaware in 1991. He graduated from Roger Williams University School of Law in 1997, and was admitted to practice in the State of Delaware and the State of Maryland in 1998. Mr. Baker is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District Delaware.

Mr. Baker is a member of the American and Delaware Bar Associations. He is a member of the Delaware State Bar Workmen's Compensation Section and the Delaware Claims Association.
