Robert M. Greenberg

Robert M. Greenberg is a partner with the firm, focusing his practice in the areas of insurance defense, workers compensation, toxic tort, products liability, retailers' premises liability, construction litigation, and insurance coverage disputes. Prior to joining TR&P in 2004, Mr. Greenberg served as judicial law clerk for The Honorable Susan C. Del Pesco in the Superior Court for the State of Delaware.

Mr. Greenberg earned his B.A. in 1998 from the University of Delaware, and his J.D., cum laude, in 2003 from Widener University School of Law. While attending Widener, he served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Widener Law Review. Mr. Greenberg is licensed to practice law in the State of Delaware. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District Delaware, as well as the state courts of New Jersey and Florida.

Mr. Greenberg is a member of the American and Delaware Bar Associations. He is a member of Defense Counsel of Delaware and the Delaware Claims Association. Mr. Greenberg has spoken at many seminars regarding trial practice and worker's compensation.
