Susan List Hauske

Susan List Hauske is a partner with the firm, focusing her practice in civil defense litigation and trial practice. Ms. Hauske also represents employers and insurance carriers in worker's compensation matters and corporations in product liability and construction matters, as well as handles insurance coverage disputes. After clerking with the firm, Ms. Hauske joined TR&P in 1997.

Ms. Hauske earned her Bachelor of Sciences degree from the University of Delaware in 1995, graduating cum laude from the Honor's Program. She graduated from Villanova University School of Law in 1998, and was admitted to practice in the State of Delaware that year. Ms. Hauske is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District Delaware, as well as the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.

Ms. Hauske is a member of the American and Delaware Bar Associations. She is a member of Defense Counsel of Delaware and the Delaware Claims Association. She has spoken at many seminars regarding trial practice and worker's compensation.
