John J. Klusman, Jr.

John J. Klusman, Jr. is a partner and currently Vice President of Tybout, Redfearn & Pell specializing in workers' compensation defense.

Mr. Klusman is a graduate of Villanova University and the Delaware Law School. Upon graduation, he served as judicial law clerk in the Superior Court of Delaware to now Chief Justice Myron Steele and Justice Henry DuPont Ridgely.

Mr. Klusman is a member of the Delaware and Pennsylvania Bar Associations as well as the Delaware State Bar Association's section on worker's compensation. He is also admitted to the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware. Mr. Klusman is also a frequent lecturer on workers' compensation matters with both clients and the Delaware State Bar Association.
