Dennis J. Menton

Dennis J. Menton is a partner with the firm, practicing in the area of insurance defense litigation, specializing in worker's compensation.

After graduating from Salesianum High School (1973), the University of Delaware (BSAS 1978), and the Delaware State Police Academy Municipal Class (1978), Mr. Menton was employed as a police officer for the City of Newark from 1978 to 1984. Thereafter, Mr. Menton attended the Delaware Law School of Widener University where he obtained his Juris Doctorate degree, cum laude, 1987.

Mr. Menton is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association. He is a past President and Secretary to the section on Workers' Compensation. He is also a member of the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware.
