B. Wilson Redfearn

B. Wilson Redfearn and F. Alton Tybout founded the firm of Tybout & Redfearn in 1968. In 2005, Mr. Redfearn resigned as a partner to practice exclusively in the area of Alternative Dispute Resolution. This includes serving as Special Master to the Court in both the United States District Court for the District of Delaware and the Superior Court of the State of Delaware.

Admitted to Bar: 1962 - Illinois and Delaware; 1982 - Hawaii; 1965 - U.S. Supreme Court. Education: Miami University (B.A. 1958); Northwestern University (J.D., 1961).
