Nicholas M. Tyler

Nicholas M. Tyler is an associate with the firm, focusing his practice in civil defense litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Tyler served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Jean B. McMaster in the Superior Court of New Jersey for Vicinage XV. Mr. Tyler joined the firm in 2011.

Mr. Tyler graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science from The College of New Jersey in 2007. He co-authored an article on the topic of the International Criminal Court and Sudan which was published in the Northwestern Journal of Criminal Law and Criminology in 2008. He graduated cum laude from Widener University School of Law in 2010. Mr. Tyler earned pro bono distinction and was active in the Moot Court Honor Society while at Widener. He was admitted to practice in the States of Delaware and New Jersey in 2010, and was also admitted in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 2011.

Mr. Tyler is a member of the American Bar Association, the Delaware State Bar Association, and the New Jersey State Bar Association.
