Jocelyn Pugh is an Associate Attorney at Tybout, Redfearn & Pell, she focuses her practice on civil defense litigation, commercial litigation disputes and worker’s compensation defense for employers and insurance carriers.
Jocelyn Pugh earned a Bachelor of Arts from Temple University in 2012. She then went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Delaware Law School at Widener University in 2016. During her time in law school, Jocelyn served as a Board Member on the Food and Drug Law Association, Student Division. Additionally, she served as an active member on the Alternative Dispute Resolution and Moe Levine trial team where she enjoyed competing in a wide array of competitions.
Prior to joining Tybout, Redfearn & Pell, Jocelyn Pugh worked as a law clerk for the Office of Attorney General in Wilmington, Delaware where she worked with Deputy Attorney Generals in both the civil and criminal divisions. Additionally, Ms. Pugh served as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Mary-Pat Thynge in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware. Upon graduating law school, Jocelyn went on to serve a Judicial Clerkship to the Honorable Christine Allen-Jackson in New Jersey’s Superior Court. Upon serving her Judicial Clerkship in Superior Court, Jocelyn went on to work for a local law firm in Wilmington, Delaware where she focused on Commercial Litigation, specifically with a focus on Creditor’s Rights litigation.
Ms. Pugh, is admitted to practice law in both Delaware and Pennsylvania; she is also a member of Delaware Bar Association, the Richard S. Rodney Inn of Court, The Randy J. Holland Delaware Workers’ Compensation American Inn of Court and Delaware Barristers Association.
