Kenneth Lee-Kay Wan is an associate with firm, focusing his practice on civil defense litigation and representing employers and insurance carriers in workers’ compensation matters. Mr. Wan began private practice in 2011, and joined the firm in 2017. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Wan’s practice included personal injury, mass toxic tort, workers’ compensation litigation, and criminal defense.
Mr. Wan earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Delaware in 2007. He graduated cum laude from Widener University School of Law in 2011.
Kenneth was admitted to the practice of law in Delaware and the District of Delaware in 2011, and in New Jersey in 2012.
