Professional Experience: 

Seth Reidenberg is a Director and Chairman of the Commercial Litigation Department at Tybout Redfearn & Pell, representing national, regional, and local businesses in prosecuting and defending a variety of commercial, bankruptcy, employment and personal injury related disputes. Mr. Reidenberg concentrates his practice in real estate disputes, contract claims, loan workouts, lender liability claims, construction disputes, trust actions, property and personal injury claims. Mr. Reidenberg also represents businesses in a variety of employment disputes including covenants not to compete, discrimination claims, claims for workers' compensation benefits and claims for unemployment benefits. Mr. Reidenberg is licensed in Delaware and Pennsylvania. He practices in all Delaware federal and state courts, including the Delaware Bankruptcy Court and Court of Chancery.

After graduating with a B.S. in accounting from Penn State University, Mr. Reidenberg attended Widener University School of Law graduating cum laude in 1997. While at Widener, Mr. Reidenberg was the President of the Trial Advocacy Honor Society and a member of the Delaware Corporate Law Journal and the Moot Court Honor Society.

Before joining Tybout Redfearn & Pell, Mr. Reidenberg was Managing Partner of the Delaware Office of Chartwell Law Offices, LLP. Prior to his work at Chartwell, he was Counsel at the law firm of Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor in Wilmington, Delaware in its commercial litigation department where he represented clients in Bankruptcy Court, the Delaware Court of Chancery and Superior Court. He was also an Assistant City Solicitor in charge of litigation for the City of Wilmington.
