
Robert Cecil is a director with the firm, focusing primarily on commercial litigation, debtor/creditor rights in bankruptcy, and civil litigation. Mr. Cecil started his private practice in 2009 and joined the firm in 2012.
Mr. Cecil earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Delaware in 2004. He graduated cum laude from Widener University School of Law in 2009. At Widener, he served as President of the Moe Levine Trial Advocacy Honor Society and Vice President and Treasurer of the Widener Law Men’s Rugby Club. He was admitted to practice in the State of Delaware in 2009 and the United States District Court for the District of Delaware in 2010.
Mr. Cecil is a member of the Delaware Bar Association, Delaware Bankruptcy Inn of Court, Defense Counsel of Delaware, and Delaware Claims Association. He is also a member of the Emerging Leaders Counsel for the Delaware Chapter of the MS Society and a 2012 Leadership Delaware fellow.
